Black Rock (ブラックロック Burakku Rokku) is the 55th chapter of Hiro Mashima's Edens Zero.
Homura and Shiki try to get Garrot to inform them about Valkyrie but they are sent to the den of the most violent Stone, Black Rock.
Summary
Garrot reveals he knows Valkyrie
Paul wonders if Homura will still be interested in seeing Valkyrie after seeing the contents of the B-Cube. Rebecca asks if something happened to Valkyrie. However, Flappy tells him something bad. Meanwhile, Garrot tells them that Valkyrie is famous around the Labor District and that he knows where she is, but won't tell them. Before Shiki can approach him, Garrot tells them that the collars they wear also mean they are prisoners for life and he can treat them however he likes. He then sends them to the den of the most violent Stones, Black Rock, with the use of Occulus Kurenai. He then sits and remarks it will be in his favor if they either die or defeat Black Rock. Though he gets annoyed at how strong Shiki is and contemplates killing him himself. However, Fuzaiten Baku looms over him, reminding him that the prisoners are Madame Kurenai's. Garrot asks what he wants, which Baku informs that they're having a meeting. Garrot tells him that he's in a bad mood, Baku notes that coincidentally Kurenai is as well.
The lord of the mines, Black Rock
Shiki and Homura find themselves in another cave. When they hear something approaching, Shiki is terrified from the thought of seeing more bugs. The giant Stone, Black Rock, appears before them. Homura calms Shiki down by stating how it looks more cat-like than bug-like. They think that if they defeat it then they might be able to bring their counters down to zero. They charge towards and attack, but Shiki hurts his fist while Homura's sword breaks. Black Rock then prepares a beam and fires right in front of it. After the smoke clears, it glances around to find its prey. Luckily, Homura and Shiki escaped the blast and hid behind rocks. Black Rock then summons smaller Stones from its body and Shiki hears the buzzing of bugs. Homura tries to make him think they are birds but fails and he faints. She remarks that there are too many for her to fight alone. Suddenly, bullets are fired at the Stones causing many to fall. Revealing Rebecca and the others, who have come to save them. She apologizes for keeping them waiting, having always wanted to say that, while Paul looks at Homura with a serious look.
